There is nothing more frustrating than trying to find a way to contact a company that you want to work with or buy products from. Having poor communication and a lack of options for people to interact with you can in fact put potential customers off. There are a number of ways that you can help customers contact you and here are a few of them for you.

Social Media – if you use social media to market your business you can allow your customers to contact you through these platforms. It is important to make sure that the platforms are monitored so you don’t miss any messages. Equally, if you don’t want to receive messages in his way you should ensure that you give them an email address or telephone number to use instead.
